All parties have an obligation under international humanitarian law to provide unimpeded access to those in need. There's also no explanation for why the government isn't lifting the blockade on telecom, electricity and banking services. These would alleviate a great deal of the suffering, especially for the working class who can't access their own savings to buy whatever is available in the local market.”
