  • Xie Tao
Xie Tao “China knows that it likely has little room to sway the United States on trade. The Chinese government seems to be putting its focus on people-to-people exchanges. The Chinese government is really investing a lot of energy in shaping the future generation of Americans' view of China.” 1 minute ago
  • Yi Wang
Yi Wang “The United States has adopted an endless stream of measures to suppress China's economy, trade, science and technology. This is not fair competition but containment, and is not removing risks but creating risks.” 4 minutes ago
  • Antony Blinken
Antony Blinken “China alone is producing more than 100 percent of global demand for products like solar panels and electric vehicles, and was responsible for one-third of global production but only one-tenth of global demand. This is a movie that we've seen before, and we know how it ends. With American businesses shuttered and American jobs lost.” 6 minutes ago
  • Antony Blinken
Antony Blinken “Russia would struggle to sustain its assault on Ukraine without China's support. I made clear that if China does not address this problem, we will.” 13 minutes ago
  • Bernie Sanders
Bernie Sanders “No, Mr Netanyahu. It is not anti-Semitic or pro-Hamas to point out that in a little over six months your extremist government has killed 34,000 Palestinians and wounded more than 77,000 - 70 percent of whom are women and children.” 18 minutes ago
  • Yi Wang
Yi Wang “No conflict or war ends on the battlefield, but rather at the negotiating table. China supports the convening at an appropriate time of an international peace conference that is acceptable to the Russian and Ukrainian sides with the participation of all parties equally. There, peace plans can be discussed, fairly, to achieve a ceasefire as soon as possible. We must always insist on an objective and just position, there is no magic wand to solve the crisis. All parties should start with themselves.” 18 hours ago
  • Boris Pistorius
Boris Pistorius “Russia is already producing weapons and ammunition beyond its need for conducting an aggressive war against Ukraine. With increased spending on armaments and the streamlining of the military economy, a significant portion or part of what is produced no longer goes to the front line, but ends up in warehouses. Now you can be naive and say he's doing it just out of caution. As a sceptical person, I would say in this case that he's doing it because he has plans or could have them.” 23 hours ago
  • Emmanuel Macron
Emmanuel Macron “There is a risk our Europe could die. We are not equipped to face the risks. Russia must not be allowed to win in Ukraine. Europeans should give preference to buying European military equipment. We must produce more, we must produce faster, and we must produce as Europeans.” 23 hours ago

Referendums to annex Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine - UN condemnation

Page with all the IPSEs stored in the archive related to the Context Referendums to annex Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine - UN condemnation.
The IPSEs are presented in chronological order based on when the IPSEs have been pronounced.

“Any decision to proceed with the annexation of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine would have no legal value and deserves to be condemned. I want to underscore that the so-called referenda were conducted during active armed conflict in areas under Russian occupation and outside Ukraine's legal and constitutional framework. They cannot be called genuine expression of the popular will.”
