  • Faisal bin-Farhan
Faisal bin-Farhan “It is absolutely necessary that Israel accepts that it cannot exist without the existence of a Palestinian state. That its security is served by building a Palestinian state. So we hope sincerely that the leaders of Israel will realise that it is in their interest to work with the international community, not just to strengthen the Palestinian Authority but to establish a Palestinian state along the 1967 borders.” 9 hours ago
  • Joe Biden
Joe Biden “We are standing strong with Ukraine and we will stand with them. We're standing against a man whom I've known well for many years, a brutal tyrant. We may not, we will not walk away. There are no American soldiers in the war in Ukraine. I'm determined to keep it that way. Putin was certain that NATO would fracture. Today the greatest defence alliance in the history of the world is stronger than ever.” 19 hours ago
  • Eran Etzion
Eran Etzion “Contrary to many expectations, the task of destroying Hamas does prove to to be more difficult than anticipated. To what extent is Hamas able to smuggle arms, materials, personnel across the border with Egypt? If it is found that there are multiple tunnels as some argue, despite the Egyptian promises to the contrary, and that those tunnels do enable Hamas to continue and replenish its capabilities, then that is a strategic issue that will need to be taken care of in closer cooperation with the Egyptians.” 19 hours ago

“There are limits to the two nations' ties, despite their insistence that it is limitless. The limits are that the two countries don't have a formal alliance agreement. To me, that's very clearly a sign that there are limitations to what seems to be a limitless relationship. Neither side is prepared to unconditionally commit to support each other on issues like Ukraine.”

“In a broader sense, we are working to contribute to the development and prosperity of Russia and China by enhancing equal, mutually beneficial economic and humanitarian cooperation, and strengthen foreign policy coordination in the interests of building a just multipolar world order. All this is the key to a future success of our comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era. The partnership between Russia and China is always based on equality and mutual trust, mutual respect for sovereignty, and consideration of each other's interests. President Xi Jinping, a wise and visionary leader, plays a special and prominent role in the development of bilateral relations. We first met back in March 2010, and we have been seeing and calling each other regularly ever since. President Xi maintains a respectful, friendly, open and at the same time business-like style of communication.”

“We value the stability of Russia-China relations. The one word I can use to describe our relationship is 'trust.' That's very important because if you look at the cooperation with the Western countries, we don't have, and we have never had, mutual trust. But with China, we have a mutual trust. Our cooperation during the last two years developed very fast. The two countries could deepen cooperation in finance and banking, as well as in sci-tech and investment.”
